The lady that posted the recipe says to "dice" the potatoes; but obviously she didn't have a picture of the finished product to post. The Kitchen Crew at JAP posted the main picture. They sliced the potatoes instead of dicing them. I posted the other picture and I sliced them just like the kitchen crew did as that's how I've always seen parsleyed potatoes made in restaurants. They turned out great for me using the method that the poster of the recipe said to use.
Try them. You'll like them.

I have the same question as barb on March 29th. Why do photos show sliced potatoes when instructions say 3/4 inch dice? This would make a big difference in cooking times and presentation. Which is it?
They are a popular set of Correll. Not sure if I spelled that right. I don't have the whole set...just three of this one size plate. Somehow they disappeared. Oh, I do have two meat platters of this design too. 4/10/12
